ShoreTel has provided Daymen International with a communications system that is flexible, increases productivity and has the ability to grow with the company.
In 2010, ShoreTel launched an upgrade of the system, which Kirby signed up for. It provided additional features, such as enhanced call manager and point-to-point video, which has made DayMen’s initial investment more cost-effective.
Layer 3 installed the upgrade late on a Friday afternoon when some of the businesses' offices closed early and they stayed on site until the job was complete.
